Qualifications

• Strong understanding of material selection, manufacturing processes, and GD&T.
• Experience with FEA and CFD simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document mechanical components and systems using advanced CAD software.

This role involves creating detailed mechanical designs, performing complex analysis, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to bring new products to life. Working within a hybrid model, you will leverage your expertise to solve intricate design challenges and ensure the highest standards of quality and performance. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document mechanical components and systems using advanced CAD software .
• Conduct thorough stress analysis , thermal analysis, and other engineering simulations to validate designs.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and testing teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet all performance requirements.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Participate actively in design reviews, providing expert feedback and ensuring design integrity.
• Troubleshoot design-related issues encountered during prototyping, testing, or production phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Expert proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor) and associated PDM/PLM systems.
• Strong understanding of material selection, manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, CNC machining), and GD&T.
• Experience with FEA and/or CFD simulation tools.
