Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Design and develop custom manufacturing machinery, assembly fixtures, and material handling systems.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Perform engineering calculations for stress, strain, kinematics, and dynamics to ensure design integrity.
• Collaborate with electrical and controls engineers to integrate mechanical systems with automation components.
• Participate in fabrication, assembly, and testing phases of new equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues during commissioning and ongoing operation.
• Research and recommend new technologies and materials to enhance equipment performance.
• Contribute to Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews.
