This role focuses on the design and development of bespoke automated machinery and manufacturing systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical principles, CAD proficiency, and experience with automation technologies. You will be responsible for creating robust and efficient designs that meet specific client requirements, from initial concept through to implementation. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems for automated machinery and production lines.


• Create detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks or similar software.


• Perform mechanical calculations and simulations (e.g., stress analysis, kinematics) to ensure design integrity and performance.


• Collaborate with electrical engineers, software developers, and project managers to integrate mechanical designs with control systems.


• Specify and select appropriate components, materials, and manufacturing processes.


• Develop and execute testing procedures for prototypes and new designs.


• Troubleshoot mechanical issues during assembly, testing, and commissioning phases.

Requirements
