Qualifications

• Matric required.
• Must reside close to the store.
• Able to manufacture / produce various meat products e.g. sausage, mince.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture/ prepare and/ or wrap products according to specifications and budgets.
• Correctly price random weight/loose items.
• Check prices and labels.
• Conduct quality checks and rotate stock; remove damaged/expired stock.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cold chain standards.
• Ensure security procedures are followed.
• Assist customers courteously and provide product guidance.
• Process customer orders according to procedures and service standards.
• Promote products and communicate with staff, customers and suppliers.
