Job summary

Staff Focus is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager to lead nursing and clinical services in a frail care setting. You will ensure regulatory compliance, quality of care, and effective staff leadership.

Role requires strong people management, clinical documentation discipline and strategic input to continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.

Qualifications

• Registered Professional Nurse with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience, with 2–3 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong leadership, people management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare legislation, quality standards and regulations.
• Experience in frail care/elderly care or hospital settings is advantageous.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' nursing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of healthcare legislation, regulations, and quality standards.
• Experience within a frail care, elderly care, hospital, or healthcare facility environment will be highly advantageous.
• Computer literacy and strong administrative skills.
