Placements24 is seeking a Master Micro-Needling & Advanced Skin Rejuvenation Specialist for our premier dermatology clinic in Mahikeng, North West. You will lead advanced microneedling treatments (including RF) and collaborate with medical staff to deliver safe, transformative skincare.

The role demands deep knowledge of skin physiology and diagnostics. You will perform skin assessments, educate clients, and create personalized plans combining peels, PRP, serums, and LED therapy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in advanced skincare treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy and aging mechanisms.
• Proven expertise with microneedling devices including RF systems.
• Experience with peels, PRP, serums and LED therapy.
• Excellent diagnostic, communication and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

A premier dermatology and aesthetics clinic in Mahikeng, North West , is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Master Micro-Needling & Advanced Skin Rejuvenation Specialist . This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with an in-depth understanding of skin physiology and a passion for delivering transformative skincare treatments. You will be at the forefront of providing advanced rejuvenation therapies, focusing heavily on microneedling (including RF microneedling) and combining it with other modalities like chemical peels, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy, and advanced serum infusions to address a wide range of dermatological concerns, including acne scarring, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, and loss of elasticity. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional technical skills, a comprehensive knowledge of skincare ingredients, and a commitment to achieving outstanding client outcomes in a professional medical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced microneedling treatments, including standard, fractional, and radiofrequency (RF) microneedling, using various devices.
• Combine microneedling with other aesthetic modalities such as chemical peels, LED therapy, and PRP treatments for enhanced results.
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and client consultations to diagnose concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on treatment procedures, benefits, risks, and pre- and post-care protocols for optimal results and skin health.
• Administer targeted treatments for specific concerns like acne scarring, fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, and textural irregularities.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sterilization standards for all equipment and treatment areas.
• Stay updated with the latest research, technologies, and techniques in skin rejuvenation and collagen induction therapy.
• Collaborate with dermatologists and medical staff to ensure integrated patient care in Mahikeng .

Requirements

• A recognized qualification in Aesthetics, Dermal Therapy, or a related field is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in advanced skincare treatments, with a significant specialization in microneedling and skin rejuvenation.
