Placements24 is seeking a Master Micro-Needling & Advanced Skin Rejuvenation Specialist for our premier dermatology clinic in Mahikeng, North West. You will lead advanced microneedling treatments (including RF) and collaborate with medical staff to deliver safe, transformative skincare.

The role demands deep knowledge of skin physiology and diagnostics. You will perform skin assessments, educate clients, and create personalized plans combining peels, PRP, serums, and LED therapy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in advanced skincare treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy and aging mechanisms.
• Proven expertise with microneedling devices including RF systems.
• Experience with peels, PRP, serums and LED therapy.
• Excellent diagnostic, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced microneedling treatments (standard, fractional, RF) using various devices.
• Combine microneedling with peels, LED therapy, and PRP for enhanced results.
• Conduct skin assessments and consultations to plan personalized treatments.
• Educate clients on procedures, benefits, risks and aftercare.
• Treat acne scarring, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation and textural issues.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sterilization standards.
• Stay updated with latest skin rejuvenation research and techniques.
• Collaborate with dermatologists and medical staff for integrated care.
