The role requires 4+ years in dermal therapy or aesthetics, with CIDESCO/ITEC or equivalent qualifications, and strong client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced dermal therapies, including deep cleansing, exfoliating, and hydrating treatments.
• Administer professional-grade chemical peels, micro-needling, and other resurfacing techniques.
• Operate and manage specialized equipment for skin analysis and rejuvenation (e.g., skin scanners, LED therapy devices).
• Conduct thorough client assessments, diagnose skin conditions, and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Educate clients on proper home care routines and product recommendations to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous client records, tracking progress and adjusting treatment protocols as needed.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and sterilization protocols in the clinic.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements and innovations in dermal therapy and cosmetic science.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a Dermal Therapist or highly skilled Aesthetician.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., Diploma in Somatology, CIDESCO, ITEC) are essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in performing advanced facial techniques, peels, and micro-needling.
• Proficiency with various skin analysis tools and rejuvenation technologies.
• Excellent knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, skin physiology, and common skin disorders.
