Delthorn is seeking a Senior Butchery Manager to lead the Woodmead unit and surrounding operations. You will oversee daily activities, ensuring high-quality production and strict hygiene standards. You will manage staff, monitor inventory, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires hands-on leadership, extensive meat knowledge, and a focus on cost control and quality across all products.

• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to maintain inventory.
• Control costs and reduce wastage while maintaining profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure proper pricing, packaging, and labeling of meat products.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products and equipment maintenance.
