Job summary

Marsh invites graduates to join its Graduate Programme, a structured, hands-on development path designed to give exposure to insurance broking and risk management. You will work on meaningful projects, learn from experienced colleagues, and receive mentorship in a fast-paced industry.

Eligible candidates are South African citizens who will have completed their qualification by end-2026 or earlier. A degree in Insurance/Risk Management, Engineering, Law, Economics, Finance, PM, or Data/Technology

Qualifications

• Be a South African citizen.
• Have completed their qualification by end of 2026 or earlier.
• Hold a degree in listed fields or related areas (Insurance & Risk Management, Engineering, Law/LLB, Economics, Finance, PM and Data/Tech).
• Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Be based near or willing to relocate to Durban.
• Be available to start on 1 February 2027.
• Not be enrolled in further studies during the programme.

• Be available to start on 1 February 2027
• Not be enrolled in further studies during the programme
