Job summary

Honeyguide is seeking a Traffic Manager / Marketing Operations professional to bring order to moving parts within our marketing team in George, Western Cape. You will own the flow of campaigns from briefs to delivery, coordinating creative, content, digital, PR and events while ensuring timelines and approvals are met.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders to prioritise work, manage capacity and continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

• Post matric qualification in Project Management or related field is advantageous.
• Experience in traffic management, marketing operations, project coordination or similar workflow-driven environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Strong scheduling, prioritisation and project coordination skills.
• Proficient with project/workflow management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Agency or insurance industry experience is useful but not essential.
• Proactive mindset and interest in improving workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming briefs and prioritise work according to business needs.
• Plan schedules and allocate work while monitoring team capacity.
• Coordinate multiple projects and campaigns from brief through to delivery.
• Keep timelines, actions, dependencies and approvals moving.
• Facilitate traffic and planning meetings to create clarity.
• Spot risks, delays and resource conflicts early and take action.
• Coordinate brand, product and legal approval workflows.
• Maintain accurate project/workflow information for stakeholders.
• Improve processes, reporting and visibility across Marketing.
• Explore AI, automation and productivity tools to reduce manual work.
