Job summary

Badger Holdings (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Traffic Manager / Marketing Operations specialist to sit at the heart of the marketing operation in George, Western Cape. You will connect people, priorities, projects and deadlines to ensure work moves from brief to delivery with clarity and efficiency.

In this role you’ll manage the flow of marketing projects across disciplines, plan schedules, allocate resources, and keep stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• Strong scheduling, prioritisation and project coordination skills.
• Experience handling multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of resource allocation, workload or capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of marketing projects and campaigns across creative, content, digital, PR and events, coordinating from briefs to delivery.
• Plan schedules and allocate work while monitoring team capacity.
• Coordinate multiple campaigns from brief through to delivery and maintain timelines, actions and approvals.
