The client is one of Africa’s leading technology services providers covering the entire information and communication technology (‘ICT’) value chain including offerings in: IT-managed services, security, automation, cloud solutions, data and development capabilities, proprietary IT product resales, IT consulting and implementation services.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print.
• Optimize and manage all aspects of our online presence, including our website and social media accounts.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to fine-tune marketing strategies and improve outreach.
• Work closely with the sales team to create tailored marketing materials that support business development efforts.
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary based on key metrics.
• Foster relationships with external partners, influencers, and media to enhance brand credibility and awareness.
