We are seeking a Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our growth. This role combines marketing execution with data-driven lead generation — perfect for a results-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Support business development with marketing strategies and content suitable for the North American market.
- Drive lead generation campaigns across digital platforms.
- Create, clean, and manage prospect data within our CRM.
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital campaigns, including website content, email, social media, and paid media.
- Serve as the primary owner of Zoho CRM: managing data hygiene, dashboards, campaign integrations, and user adoption.
- Collaborate with Business Development team CRM usage with go-to-market strategies and workflows.
- Write, edit, publish, and manage content across digital platforms with an emphasis on quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Own campaign reporting and performance analytics, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Create visually engaging assets such as web graphics, email templates, and social media visuals using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage SEO / SEM strategy, including keyword planning, metadata optimization, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop compelling, on-brand responses to RFPs, RFQs, and other proposal content, including drafting, editing, formatting, sourcing input from subject matter experts, and ensuring timely submission.
Requirements
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (email platforms, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, analytics dashboards, etc.).
- Ability to create compelling marketing content (written, visual, & video).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Strong analytical skills with CRM / database management experience.
- Experience in lead generation, data research, and B2C & B2B marketing.
KPIs & Performance Expectations
Lead Generation:
- 50 - 75+ new qualified leads / week.
Data Quality:
- Maintain 95%+ accuracy in CRM entries.
Campaign Performance:
- Email engagement 15–20% open rates, minimum 3–5% CTR.
Conversion Support:
- Drive a 10-15% increase in lead-to-opportunity conversion.
Content Impact:
- 5-7 quality content pieces / week with above average engagement.
Reporting:
- 100% on-time delivery of monthly dashboards and reports.
Benefits
Compensation & Incentive Structure
- Base Salary: ZAR 15,000 / month (or depending on experience).
- Performance Bonus: Up to 20% of base salary per quarter, tied to KPI achievement.
