Job summary

Swiss Re is seeking a Marketing and Events Coordination Intern (12 months) to support the Sales & Distribution team in coordinating broker events, crafting content, and managing internal communications. You will gain broad exposure to insurance, sales, and marketing while contributing to real business outcomes.

You will gain hands-on experience with content creation, event planning, and internal communications across platforms such as SharePoint and Yammer, under leadership guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Commerce, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to compile reports and create professional presentations.

Responsibilities

• Content creation & thought leadership: Support the Leadership Team with development of internal and external content.
• Internal communications management: Help manage SharePoint, Yammer, and online platforms to drive employee engagement.
• Event planning & execution: Support planning, coordinating, and executing broker events (virtual and in-person).
