Job summary

Unitrade 745 (Pty) Ltd in Centurion is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support and coordinate the company’s marketing activities across digital, social media, content, events, branding and internal communications.

The successful candidate will strengthen the Group’s brand, generate awareness, support lead generation and ensure marketing activities align with business strategy. The role is hands-on, requires creativity and high organisation in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in marketing coordination or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Experience with Canva or similar design platforms would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Experience in B2B marketing would be advantageous.
• Experience in financial services, commercial finance, banking, insurance or a related industry would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute day-to-day marketing activities.
• Assist in implementing the annual marketing strategy and calendar.
• Coordinate campaigns across relevant channels and manage deadlines.
• liaise with internal teams, suppliers, designers and external partners.
• Maintain a database of marketing material and assets.
• Manage social media presence and schedule content.
• Assist with writing and coordinating content for posts, newsletters, announcements and website content.
• Assist with basic SEO and online visibility initiatives.
• Track marketing-generated leads and report on performance.
• Coordinate events, exhibitions and promotional material.
• Ensure consistent brand application across all marketing material.
• Maintain marketing dashboards and track expenditure against budget.
