Job summary

Flink Recruitment is seeking an energetic Marketing, Fundraising & Outreach Coordinator to support the NGO’s growth and fundraising plan across the Free State. You will liaise with programmes, prepare presentations and assist with events.

The ideal candidate is target-driven, an excellent communicator, comfortable presenting to groups, with 2 years in related fields, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Matric with at least 2 years experience in marketing, sales, fundraising or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident presenting to groups.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle; willing to travel in the Free State.
• Post-school qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sales or related field advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing and fundraising activities across the Free State.
• Deliver fundraising presentations to potential partners and stakeholders.
• Organise events: golf days, competitions, and other fundraisers.
• Develop new initiatives to enhance the organisation's image and fundraising.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, businesses, media and partners.
• Travel to projects throughout the Free State.

Minimum Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with various programmes and projects throughout the Free State Assist with the implementation of the organisations Marketing and Fundraising Plan Support marketing, fundraising and promotional activities Prepare and deliver fundraising presentations to potential partners and stakeholders Coordinate and manage fundraising initiatives, including:

• Golf days
• Events
• Competitions
• Other fundraising projects

Identify and develop new initiatives to enhance the organisations image, relationships and fundraising opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with:

• Existing and potential donors
• Businesses and corporate partners
• Media
• Business associations
• Suppliers
• NPOs and community organisations

Assist with identifying and securing potential fundraising opportunities and sponsorships Maintain positive relationships with existing stakeholders and partners Assist with media liaison and maintaining media relationships Ensure that the organisations brand and corporate identity are consistently represented Provide general marketing, fundraising and administrative support as required Travel to various projects and activities throughout the Free State
