Euromonitor International in Cape Town seeks a Marketing Automation Lead to rebuild the automation stack, establish data standards, and drive personalisation at scale. You will own the platform, workflows, and integrations (Marketo, Salesforce), lead a small team, and partner with Revenue Operations to align data and reporting.
Ideally you bring 4+ years in marketing automation, leadership experience, and a passion for transforming how marketing operates with AI-enabled, data-driven processes.
Euromonitor International is a global leader in data analytics and market research, providing actionable insights into industries, economies, and consumers. Our products empower organisations to make strategic decisions with confidence, leveraging our expertise across 210 countries and jurisdictions.
Marketing at Euromonitor is being reimagined. We're building an AI-powered growth engine: agentic, automated, data and tech led. A B2B marketing system designed for 2030, not 2015.
Behind it sits an advantage most companies would envy: original research from analysts across 210 markets, and decades of proprietary data built over more than 50 years. Our job is to turn that into growth.
And not incremental growth. We're not here for 10% better. We're building for 10x, and then 100x. That ambition sets the standard for everything we do, and everyone we hire.
So this is for people who want to drive transformation, not wait for it. Restless. Ambitious. More interested in building the engine than operating one someone else designed. If that sounds like you, this is a rare moment to join Euromonitor, and something special to be part of.
This is a full-time position based in Cape Town, South Africa, with one direct report. It's a build role with a marketing automation focus: establishing the platform, workflows and data standards behind Marketo, then building on that foundation to run and scale it. Foundations come first, but the role also runs campaigns and rolls out personalisation from day one, starting with language and industry, building toward mass personalisation at scale. We're looking for a genuine go-getter: someone who spots the opportunity, brings the idea, and makes it happen.
