Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in marketing, communications, or a similar support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Communications Team with day-to-day marketing and communications operations.
• Assist in the development, formatting, and maintenance of marketing and communications materials.
• Manage and update internal asset libraries, brand templates, and documentation systems.
• Maintain and update digital platforms, including website content and online profiles.
• Support preparation of internal and external communications content.
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of social media content.
• Monitor industry and digital trends to support continuous improvement.
• Liaise with internal teams to gather information, content, and project updates.
• Support reporting, documentation, and internal communications processes.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Communications Team.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and business needs, ensuring responsive and reliable delivery.
