Qualifikationen

• Experience in operations, business administration or marketing coordination.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and online presence management.
• Experience using ChatGPT and AI for task automation and documentation.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping.
• Exposure to Shopify, Amazon or Etsy platforms.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and support marketing across bookkeeping and ecommerce ventures.
• Manage social media content and online presence across platforms.
• Use ChatGPT and AI tools daily to improve productivity and document SOPs.
• Assist with Shopify, Amazon and Etsy admin, listings and updates.
• Provide basic bookkeeping support in QuickBooks and Excel as needed.
• Maintain organized records and handle general admin tasks.
• Communicate proactively with the owner and team, building trust.
• Anticipate needs and provide flexible, long-term support.
