Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a market/meat department specialist to keep market and seafood cases full, rotate stock, and assist with cutting, weighing, packaging, and labeling products. You will collaborate with store teams and promote customer service.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, with high school diploma or GED and 1+ year related experience; Food Handler and Manager Food Safety certifications are required. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Food Handler certification is required.
• Manager Food Safety certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners; schedule, plan, assign, and direct work.
• Review sales data and manage inventory to maintain in-stock levels; review P&L and labor data.
• Maintain overall product quality, safety, and work standards; support promotions.
• Unload trucks, verify inventory accuracy, and label products.
• Cut, weigh, package, and label products; use appropriate tools and scales.
• Greet customers, provide friendly service, and handle orders by phone and in person.
