Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Rivonia-Johannesburg is seeking an entry-level engineer to drive process improvements and implement innovative solutions. You will help identify losses, build process capability and establish equipment standards while leading benchmarking and reapplication across processes.

With hands-on experience in a mechanical or electrical process role and a leadership mindset, you will prioritize autonomously and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
