Placements24 is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Supervisor for its Centurion facility. The hybrid role blends on-site leadership with remote administrative tasks to maintain oversight and support for the production team.

You will oversee daily production activities, drive efficiency, uphold safety standards, and lead continuous improvement across operations. A strong background in manufacturing, lean practices, and quality control is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing principles, and quality control systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

You will be instrumental in driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement within the manufacturing operations.
