Placements24 is seeking a Production Team Lead to guide manufacturing teams in Sandton. This hybrid role requires on-site leadership with some remote coordination for reporting and planning within the Gauteng region.

You will oversee daily production, ensure schedules, safety, and quality, and mentor operators while collaborating with management to drive improvements across the unit.

Qualifications
