Job summary

Profile Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations and Facility Manager for a fast-paced manufacturing site in South Africa. You will oversee day-to-day operations, facilities maintenance, safety and regulatory compliance, coordinating with production, warehousing and external contractors to ensure continuous, efficient performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing operations and facility management.
• Experience with CIN7 ERP or similar system.
• Knowledge of safety, food safety and environmental requirements.
• Proven leadership and contractor management.
• Strong data analysis and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repair and improvement of site infrastructure and assets.
• Manage daily operations across production and warehouse environments.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks and downtime, drive improvements.
• Utilise ERP to monitor maintenance, inventory, KPIs and data.
• Lead safety, quality, environmental programs and audits.
• Manage external contractors and service providers.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenditure.
• Track operational and facility performance indicators.
