• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Oversee inventory management and supply chain operations to ensure timely material availability.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in operations management within an industrial manufacturing setting.
