Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role.
• Strong understanding of industrial machinery, process improvement techniques (Lean, Six Sigma), and maintenance strategies.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with CAD software for minor modifications is a plus.
