Job summary

Together Staffing group is partnering with a steel manufacturing client in Gauteng to recruit a proactive Manufacturing Engineer who will manage engineering and production operations.

The successful candidate will optimise processes, lead production teams, and deliver improvements that boost productivity, quality and cost efficiency. Experience in steel or heavy manufacturing and knowledge of Lean TPM are advantageous.

Qualifications

• BTech Mechanical/ Metallurgical Engineering degree.
• Experience in the steel or heavy manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems, production processes, and engineering principles.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologies advantageous.
• Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Project management and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities
