Job summary

Bridgestone Brits site seeks a Cell Leader to drive machine performance and DMS implementation in the production cell. You will train operators on CIL, supervise losses elimination, and coordinate health checks and safety initiatives to ensure quality and efficiency on site.

The role requires chemical engineering training, 4–7 years in manufacturing process improvement, and strong Excel skills to analyze production data. We offer a broad development path within a global Bridgestone environment.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or B.Tech in chemical engineering or related field.
• 4–7 years' experience in a process improvement environment in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with process data.
• Leadership capabilities and ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train operators in CIL, IE and DH processes.
• Manage cleaning, inspection, lubrication and loss elimination activities.
• Coordinate 90-day cell plans and DDS meetings to set priorities.
• Oversee safety initiatives and 3M changes within the cell.
• Organize staffing, leave, overtime, and replacements.
