  • Design and customise high-impact leadership education programmes tailored to corporate client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders across industries.
• Revenue & Budget Management
  • Drive strategic growth by achieving and surpassing revenue targets at both individual and team levels.
  • Oversee budget planning and management to ensure financial sustainability and profitability.
• Senior Team Leadership & Development
  • Build, lead, and manage a team of senior professionals and their respective teams.
  • Set and monitor performance objectives aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through mentorship, coaching, and accountability.
• Strategic Market Growth & Partnerships
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand corporate education offerings.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of a Master’s level qualification (e.g., MBA, MEd, MCom or equivalent).
• Significant experience in consulting with corporate clients at the C-suite level.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing customised leadership education programmes.
• Proven ability to manage and exceed revenue and performance targets.
• Strong experience managing budgets and driving financial performance.
• Senior leadership experience managing teams and managers of teams.
