Betway Global in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced Front-End Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end product initiatives across web and mobile platforms. You will translate requirements with design/engineering, ensure frontend-backend alignment, and guide a cross-functional team through agile delivery.

You will mentor team members, establish front-end standards, and partner with UX/UI leads to enhance customer experience and performance metrics.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Product Design, or a related field.
• 5–8 years’ experience in digital product, front-end delivery, or related roles
• Experience managing or leading cross-functional teams
• Experience working in agile product environments

• Monitor front-end performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve usability and conversion.
• Support experimentation and optimisation initiatives.
• Ensure front-end solutions are responsive, accessible, and aligned with best practices.
• Establish and maintain front-end development standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure adherence to design systems, technical frameworks, and architectural guidelines.
• Drive consistency and reuse of components and patterns across products.
• Lead and manage the front-end product team, providing clear direction, prioritisation, and support to enable effective delivery.

• Proven experience managing or leading cross-functional teams

• Exposure to both design (UX/UI) and engineering delivery strongly preferred
