Qualifications

• 5-7+ years' experience in IT Audit, Internal Audit, Technology Risk, or IT Assurance.
• Demonstrated experience managing client engagements and leading teams.
• Degree in IT/IS/CS/Accounting or related field; CISA required.

• Lead and manage multiple IT audit engagements, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Serve as primary client contact and build strong stakeholder relationships; present findings and recommendations to senior management.

As a Manager, you will lead complex engagements, oversee the delivery of high-quality IT audit services, manage client relationships, and develop high-performing teams.

The Opportunity

Engagement Management

• Lead and manage multiple IT audit engagements simultaneously.
• Oversee engagement planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery.
• Ensure engagements are delivered on time, within budget, and to EY quality standards.
• Review and sign off on key deliverables before issuance.

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on engagement matters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management and audit committees.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and support business development initiatives.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop Senior Associates, Associates, and graduates.
• Drive performance management and career development discussions.

Risk Assessment & Compliance
