We are looking for a proactive and commercially focused Financial Manager to oversee financial reporting, controls, reconciliations, and finance operations. This role provides financial insight to support business decision-making, manages accounts payable and B-BBEE finance reporting, drives cash flow and revenue assurance initiatives, and leads the finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial outcomes.

Required Tasks:

• Deliver accurate financial reporting, forecasts, and insights to support business decision-making.
• Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and trial balance review and sign-off.
• Oversee accounts payable, supplier payments, and financial controls.
• Drive cash flow and working capital improvement initiatives.
• Strengthen revenue assurance through collaboration with billing and business teams.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and B-BBEE finance reporting.
• Provide finance business partnering and commercial support to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.

Qualification:

Experience:

• Experience leading or mentoring finance teams will be advantageous.
