Job summary

Sibanye-Stillwater requires an experienced engineer to uphold and improve engineering standards across Mine/Minerals Processing operations in Gauteng. You will lead discipline teams, design structures to meet targets, and oversee safety, ESG compliance, and asset optimisation.

The role demands 7+ years in engineering with management experience and a Government Certificate of Competency, plus driving labour planning and delivery of production targets.

Job description

Requirements

• NQF 7 (Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma) in Engineering.
• At least 7 years’ experience as an Engineer, 3 years experience as an appointed 2.13.1 Engineer
• Government Certificate of Competency.
• Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
• Clear security screening record.
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• At Knowledge of Company, Commercial law, Minerals Act, BCEA and appropriate legislation.

Advantageous Qualifications

• ECSA registration (Advantageous).
