Job summary

Cash Crusaders is seeking experienced retail professionals for Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, and Trainee Manager roles. These positions focus on store operations, sales growth, and people development in a dynamic retail environment.

You will lead teams, drive targets, manage stock and customer service, and ensure compliance with company procedures. Willingness to relocate within Limpopo is required; weekend hours apply.

Responsibilities

• Store Operations & Sales: Drive sales performance and achieve business targets; maximise profitability through GP and other revenue streams; maintain merchandising, marketing and operational standards; monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stock & Inventory Management: Ensure effective stock control and inventory management; monitor stock levels in line with demand and sales performance; minimise stock losses and maintain accurate records.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences and promote a customer-first culture; monitor Mystery Shopper results and customer feedback; resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Leadership & People Development: Lead, motivate and develop teams to achieve business objectives; manage employee performance and growth; identify future leaders through succession planning.
• Administration & Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; oversee daily admin duties including cash-ups, safe checks, alarm checks and recordkeeping; maintain high standards of operational control.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations & Sales
