Placements24 is assisting a distinguished management consultancy firm in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal to hire a Management Consultant specializing in Operations Improvement. You will analyze processes, design data-driven improvements, and drive operational excellence across client engagements.

The role requires 4–6 years in operations consulting or related roles, a bachelor’s degree in a related field (master’s preferred), and willingness to travel within Durban and surrounding areas.

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in operations consulting or internal operations management roles.
• Proven track record of delivering operational improvement projects.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent understanding of supply chain management, manufacturing, or service operations.
• Proficiency with process mapping and modeling tools (Visio, ARIS).
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across client levels.
• Ability to work well in teams and independently.
• Willing to reside in or travel within Durban, KwaZulu-Natal and surroundings.
