Responsabilités

• Analyze client operational processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reduction.
• Develop and implement strategies for supply chain optimization, lean manufacturing, and quality management.

• Provide expert advice on best practices in operational management and continuous improvement.

Our client, a leading management consultancy, is seeking a dedicated Management Consultant with a specialization in Operations Excellence to join their team, serving clients primarily in the Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape region. While the client base is in Port Elizabeth, this position offers a 'Yes' for remote work, allowing you to contribute from a location that suits you best within South Africa. You will engage in activities such as process analysis, supply chain optimization, and performance management, working closely with client teams to implement tangible improvements. Requirements

• Strong understanding of Lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other process optimization techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills, adapted for remote engagement.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, Visio, project management software).
• Familiarity with the industrial landscape of the Eastern Cape is a plus.
