Job summary

The Accountancy Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an ambitious Management Accountant (recently qualified or finalist) to join a growing SME with £40m turnover. You will overhaul controls, develop MI and KPIs, and partner with business leaders to inform decision making.

This role offers broad exposure, mentoring, and a path toward FD or FP&A. The successful candidate will have strong accounting foundation and Excel, with Power BI ideal.

Qualifications

• Solid accounting foundation, recently qualified or finalist within 12 months.
• Ability to prepare and interrogate management accounts packs and provide insights.
• Proactive, value-adding mindset with problem-solving skills.
• CIMA/ACCA/ACA finalist or qualified.

Responsibilities

• Overhaul and enhance controls and processes.
• Develop commercially insightful MI and KPIs.
• Partner with leaders across the business on decision making.
