Placements24 is seeking a strategic Management Accountant to join the finance team in a fully remote capacity, servicing Vereeniging and other locations. You will lead budgeting, forecast financial performance, and deliver insightful analyses to support business decisions and profitability initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in management accounting, strong FP&A knowledge, and proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, CA(SA)) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of FP&A principles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders in a remote setting.

Responsibilities
