Qualifications

• Completed articles and/or 3 years relevant working experience required.
• Ability to manage and control administrative procedures.
• Ability to develop new administrative procedures for the own department/division.
• Ability to manage and control administration in own department/division.

Responsibilities

• Accurate month-end reporting and financial results discussions.
• Preparation and review of monthly accounting files.
• Preparation and review of monthly accounting files - accurate audit files.
• Forecasting for the division.
• Budgeting for the division.
• Variance analysis including: volume trends, revenue and cost per cube by branch.
• Weekly analysis of wage cost.
• Loss of load analysis.
• Value added services - identifying issues that could lead to cost saving and/or improved efficiencies.
• Report negative trends for corrective action.
• Operational report - operational statistics.
