Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years proven experience in construction trades such as tiling, painting, plumbing or carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on building systems to keep facilities in good condition.
• Maintain ablution facilities and repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, and wooden structures.
• Assemble piping systems and plumbing equipment as required.
• Repair counters, benches, partitions and other wooden structures like sheds and outbuildings.
