Job summary

Together Staffing group is assisting a client in seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a beverage manufacturing facility. The role focuses on safeguarding plant reliability, ensuring production continuity, and driving effective team performance.

Minimum requirements include Matric and a Production/Operations Management Diploma, with 3–5 years in maintenance supervision, especially in beverage/FMCG or packaging sectors.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Diploma in Production/Operations Management preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance supervision.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams in manufacturing.
• Experience in Beverage, FMCG, food processing, or packaging.
• Mechanical and Electrical fault-finding skills.
• Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance practices.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Computer literacy; experience with maintenance management systems advantageous.
