Job summary

Together Staffing group is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for a leading FMCG food manufacturing operation in the Western Cape. You will supervise daily maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and maintain safe, efficient plant operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role supports production by keeping all production equipment, packaging lines, utilities and plant infrastructure maintained to high food safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Matric
• Trade Tested Millwright/Electrician/Fitter
• National Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Within a food manufacturing environment
• Candidates must be residing in the Western Cape
