Job summary

Manpower Sa (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Storeman to join the Nasrec-based maintenance team. The role focuses on engineering stores, inventory control, and systems administration in a fast-paced industrial setting. A detail-oriented approach and experience with stores systems are essential.

The candidate will manage stock, configure items, generate reports, and support procurement with strong administration and data capture skills.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• Experience in engineering or maintenance stores is essential.
• Proficiency with inventory, stores, maintenance or DMS systems is preferred.
• Strong admin, reporting and data capture skills are necessary.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the maintenance stores and inventory management system.
• Accurately capture incoming stock and reconcile delivery documentation.
• Control stock issuing, receiving, and inventory movements.
• Create and configure new stock items, stock codes, and bin locations.
• Generate stock, usage, variance, and reorder reports.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and support procurement processes.
• Assist with stock takes and ensure inventory accuracy. Maintain records, documentation, and system integrity across stores operations.
