Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Experience within engineering stores or maintenance stores environments.
• Knowledge of inventory, stores, maintenance, or DMS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Gmail and Outlook.
• Strong administration, reporting and data capture skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the maintenance stores and inventory management system.
• Accurately capture incoming stock and reconcile delivery documentation.
• Control stock issuing, receiving, and inventory movements.
• Create and configure new stock items, stock codes, and bin locations.
• Generate stock, usage, variance, and reorder reports.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and support procurement processes.
• Assist with stock takes and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain records, documentation, and system integrity across stores operations.
