MK Placements on behalf of our client seeks an experienced Maintenance Foreperson/Manager to oversee maintenance across three food-manufacturing facilities. You will lead a small team while hands-on in mechanical and electrical fault-finding and repairs.

Responsibilities include planning preventative maintenance, minimising downtime, and ensuring safety standards across all sites. The role requires shift work, weekends, standby and emergency callouts with a strong focus on reliability and uptime.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Trade qualification as a Millwright, Electrician, or Fitter; Red Seal preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with three-phase electrical systems and industrial machinery.
• Preventative maintenance experience.
• Basic refrigeration and cooling systems knowledge.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Own reliable transport.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, standby and emergency callouts.

Position Overview
