Job summary

Standard Profil is hiring a Maintenance Foreman in Cape Town, South Africa to lead our maintenance operations and ensure maximum equipment reliability and plant performance. You will drive a proactive maintenance program in a manufacturing environment and coordinate a skilled team of technicians.

The ideal candidate holds a trade certification (Millwright, Fitter, Electrician or related) and 4–6 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, with hands-on SAP PM knowledge and strong leadership

• 4–6 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Leadership experience within maintenance teams.
• Experience with SAP PM or similar maintenance systems.
