Parts Incorporated Africa in Durban is seeking a Machine Operator at the Riverhorse branch to ensure binning, picking and stock replenishment procedures are followed using all resources. Replenishment from bulk to pick phases and creation of pick phases for new product lines, scanning and updating locations immediately.

You will support replenishment, allocate bin locations for new products, ensure bulk items have bin locations, and process documentation accurately while maintaining warehouse

Qualificações

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
• At least 3 years MHE experience.
• Valid MHE license.
• Good time management skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Honest and show integrity.
• Sober habits.
• Clear criminal record.

Responsabilidades

• Replenishment procedures followed daily from bulk to picking phases ensuring pick locations are filled with stock.
• Ensure new products are allocated bin location numbers in the correct warehouse area.
• Ensure all bulk products have bin location numbers.
• Documentation (GRV) correctly and timeously processed.
• Housekeeping rules in warehouse strictly adhered to.
• Coordinate priority binning of shipments with the Binning Team Leader.
• Assist cycle count team to ensure stock is accurately counted and discrepancies investigated.
• Report discrepancies to Warehouse Manager / Assistant Warehouse Manager.
• Ensure inventory is binned in correct location and kept safe from damage.
• Pre- and post-inspections of MHE completed before/after use; focus on safety.
