Job summary

Payward is seeking a highly capable Lead for M&A integration and collaboration platform management. You will own Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom across multiple brands, coordinating migrations from acquired companies into Payward’s security posture and identity stack.

You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, IT, Security, and Corporate Development to scope, plan, and execute migrations, building repeatable playbooks and automation for faster future integrations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and Slack at 1,000+ user org.
• Experience leading technology migrations in an M&A or systems-consolidation context.
• Strong email security experience: DMARC/SPF/DKIM and DNS management.

Responsibilities

• Scope and execute end-to-end collaboration-platform migrations for each acquisition.
• Assess diligence stacks, security gaps, and consolidation strategies post‑acquisition.
• Build repeatable playbooks and automation to speed future integrations.
• Coordinate cutover timelines with Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Development.
• Own platform governance across Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom at scale.
