Asilia Africa is seeking an Agent Relationship Manager – Southern Africa to drive new business growth, reactivate dormant accounts, and maximise value from existing trade partners. The role focuses on promoting its world-class camps, lodges and comprehensive DMC services to the Southern Africa market.

You will engage trade partners with tailored proposals, provide market insights, and collaborate across teams to enhance service delivery and partner enablement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in African travel industry.
• Proven ability to sell and position complex services in luxury travel or DMC sectors.
• Strong B2B relationship development and solution-based selling.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI) and data-driven insights.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify high-potential trade partners across Southern Africa.
• Lead outreach campaigns and develop new partnerships for DMC services.
• Craft pitches that articulate Asilia’s DMC proposition and value-added services.
• Re-engage dormant partners with targeted reintroduction campaigns.
• Attend industry events to generate new leads and raise brand awareness.
